The grand musical gesture is what Celine Dion has founded her career on, and in that regard she certainly doesn't disappoint on this collection of seamless, radio-friendly pop. Her voice is a miraculous instrument and she exploits its range and tone to their fullest on such tunes as "Immortality" (written by and performed with the aforementioned Brothers Gibb) and "The Reason" (with Carole King).
