While not comprehensive, GREATEST HITS is pretty much anything a casual UB40 fan could hope for in a single-disc compilation. The requisite crossover hits--the ubiquitous "Red Red Wine" and "(I Can't Help) Falling in Love with You"--are included, but there is also the bouncing "Rat in Mi Kitchen" and the horn-fueled "If It Happens Again," among other highlights. With 21 tracks in all, GREATEST HITS covers a wide swath of the band's lengthy career, and provides plenty of top-notch reggae-pop goodness.
