GRANDBROTHERS are unique in the international music landscape: the sound is shaped by the mixture of classical piano playing and a specially developed device consisting of electromechanical hammers, controlled by the software edit different parts of the piano. These tracks create a direct emotional connection, inspiring both classical music lovers and electronic fans alike. The band aim to combine high culture with pop culture connects. Their albums "Dilation" (2015, FILM) and "Open" (2017, City Slang) are considered "two of the most important German electronic pop records of the last decade" (FAZ). Bloodflow" alone has accumulated over 30 million streams across all platforms. Then Bloodflow took on a whole new life when French directors Nakache & Toledano chose it as the soundtrack centerpiece of their film "Hors Normes" (2019). On extensive tours through Europe, they've performed in classical concert halls, at Montreux Jazz Festival, and with large touring acts like Bonobo.
