Cargo UK brings three remastered recordings from the 1990s that cover the period in which Peter worked with the pH quartet - Manny Elias on drums, Stuart Gordon violin and David Jackson saxes. The sequence began with Roaring Forties, a set which included not only a long-form piece, "A Headlong Stretch," which recalled much of Peter's earlier work in breadth, ambition and complexity, but also some very direct approaches to songwriting and playing in "Sharply Unclear" and "Your Tall Ship."
