Magic Thread is the second album release by Susumu Yokota on Leaf. More electronic in feel than Image 1983-1998, which preceded it, but still possessed of the plaintive melodies and haunting minimalist dynamics that made Image such an unexpected treat. The album was the very first release on Yokota's own Skintone label in Japan.
